Perkins Builders proudly undertook the extension and adaptation of Terminal 3 at the Perth Airport to allow Qantas to fly non-stop flights from Perth to London.

Provisions were made within the design to accommodate all Border Force agencies and the increased security requirements for international travel.

This design and construct project had severe time constraints and was completed while the airport remained operational; thus safety, security and the customer experience was paramount.

This project was awarded Best Public Use Building $20 million to $50 million at the 2018 Master Builders – Bankwest Excellence in Construction Awards
