Bethanie Esprit Stages 1E and 1D involved the construction of 27 independent living units in an existing retirement village over two stages. The first stage comprised of ten units, with the remainder forming the second stage.  Each unit was based on one of six designs, consisting of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and ensuite; with some design options featuring additional areas such as a study and undercover alfresco areas. Prior to the construction process, the purchaser of the independent living units had the option to offer input into the design. The purchaser directed variations including items such as alternative kitchen appliances and additional lighting.

This project was Winner of Best Liveable Homes and Multi-Residential Development over $2m at the 2017 Master Builders Association South West Building Excellence Awards.
