Nestled in the beautiful ‘tree street’ area of Bunbury, is the Wattle Hill Retirement Village. Perkins Builders were engaged to complete the redevelopment works on this sloping site, including the construction of 20 independent living units, new community centre, and associated Siteworks.

This site presented numerous challenges, being built on two split levels. Extensive retaining walls, filling of the site and service infrastructure was required to establish the base building pads. Construction of the units is traditional residential double brick, trussed metal deck roofs and simple bathroom, kitchen, laundry and toilet fitout.

The project Incorporated all finishes to provide a turnkey type development.
