Multiplex and Perkins Builders have formed an unicorporated Joint Venture to harness their respective strengths of delivering large scale complex construction projects in a regional environment.
We are seeking candidates with commercial construction experience as a Contract Administrator. The role forms an integral part of the team in ensuring the financial and commercial aspects of the project are managed within the guidelines of the Joint Venture deliverables.
- Preparation, collation and summary of subcontractor tender packs and subsequent reporting.
- Subcontractor and material procurement and administration.
- Input to monthly claims and reporting processes at subcontractor and client level.
- Cost management and reporting.
- Liaison with design teams and site teams to ensure adequate transfer of information.
To be considered for this role candidates must hold the following:
- Conmmercial construction experience as a Contract Administrator
- Construction Management or Quantity Surveying Tertiary Qualification
- A strong communicator with attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills.
- Drivers licence
- White Card
