Belmont Forum Shopping Centre Stage 3B saw a complex refurbishment of the existing Belmont Forum shopping Centre, including refurbishment of mall areas, tenancy, entry, facade and carpark adjustments and major services upgrades. Much of the internal works was conducted whilst tenants remain trading and therefore extensive night works were conducted to minimise disruption.

This project also included the construction of a new Coles Tenancy under a new raised concrete carpark deck, which required careful integration to ensure the existing Coles is trading throughout. A new mini major tenancy along with new travelator and covered link connect the new cardeck to the mall areas.
