The Bunbury Turf Club Redevelopment Stage 2 consists of new race day and training day horse stables, trainers viewing platform and amenities and horse roll training area.

A new race day jockey’s pavilion with modern male and female changerooms showers, lounges, kitchen and function rooms, media outlet room and bar facilities has been constructed to meet the needs of the trainers, jockeys, and owners.

A new administration building has also been constructed for the turf club with ample office and boardroom space with modern amenities. This building also houses a new TAB and wagering service area and is the digital hub of the complex for plug in broadcasting and wagering services.

The new structures are all tied together through a new pathway and landscaping layout with a new race day horse assembly and show area with viewing area.

This project was winner of Best Public Use Building $5 – $10M at the 2024 Master Builders-Commonwealth Bank Building Excellence Awards South West.
