The project involved the design and construct of a new Puma fuel station with 250m2 Puma Seventh Street spec convenience Store, sub food tenancy of 300m2, four tollgate fuel canopy and Yahava Drive Through coffee and the development of an adjoining 2,000m2 property for future building works.

The site also includes major external roadworks to create Ford Road and realign Koorden Place as well as intersection works along Causeway Road to enable truck access to the site. Service infrastructure to suit future strata arrangements are being provisioned throughout.
