The Collie Health Services Stage 2 Redevelopment, a $10mil revitalization project, delivering a new state-of-the-art Operating Theatre Complex (OTC) along with upgraded critical on-site infrastructure transforming the Hospital to a modern health facility. It involved demolishing the existing 700m2 Operating Theatre internally and upgrade existing sitewide critical infrastructures while the Hospital remained operational.

This project was awarded Best Health Care Building at the at the Master Builders-Commonwealth Bank South West Building Excellence Awards in 2023.
