The Halls Head Retail Centre is a high quality Large Format Retail Design & Construct development with more than 9,200 sqm gross floor area and 201 car bays for approximately 13 tenancies that are nominally 500m2 to 1,000m2 in area.

The Design Development commenced Mid October 2018 and was completed over two lots with a combined size of 21,000 sqm. The project also featured a high quality front façade incorporating products such as Decowood, Ultracore G2 Aluminium Composite Panelling, Duracom CFC and Aluminium Perforated Screens with large signage panels statements for each tenancy. Upon completion of the base build  in Mid-June Perkins later completed the Fit Out works to two tenancies (Repco & St Vinnies) including Internal tenancy partition dividing walls, interior wall linings and insulation; Suspended ceilings and insulation utilising ceiling tiles and flush plasterboard; Joinery; Lighting upgrades; Evaporative and package plant refrigerated air conditioning; Painting throughout and Polished Concrete Floors.
