Perkins Builders are pleased to once again have been engaged to complete works for the Methodist Ladies College (MLC) and Christ Church Grammar School (CCGS). Following an Early Contractor Involvement period, construction of the involve the construction of a purpose built Water Polo Pool began. The works include; modifications to existing change rooms; New Pool area with concrete concourse, 3 level seating area and landscaping; New Concrete Pool 40m X 25m x 2m deep with associated plant and equipment; New building to house pool plant and equipment store (built over pool balance tank); External Works with modifications to existing carpark, new ramp crossover, new stormwater for existing and new buildings, relocation of fire booster, modification of island kerbing, modification of existing limestone steps/seats with new concrete paving at CCGS, modification to fences and ramps between MLC and CCGS.
