Designed to ensure the best possible atmosphere for clientele is the new ALDI Bunbury developed on the historic old St John of God Hospital site.

Perkins Builders were contracted to complete the building, the internal fitout of the supermarket, car parks and landscaping. Our works also incorporated the partial redevelopment of Edward Street.

Aldi is synonymous with high quality and exceptional value provided to their shoppers and as such their premises reflect this. The building consists of concrete tilt panels, structural steel and long span roof sheets, some 30m in length, to leave the retail space free of columns.

Every item/surface/feature of the building is carefully constructed to ensure a quality finish; and the colour selection adds to the aesthetics and makes the building maintain an individual presence along Spencer Street.

This project was awarded Best Commercial Industrial Building $3,000,000 to $6,000,000 at the 2018 Master Builders – Bankwest South West Building Excellence Awards.
