At the heart of the community in Donnybrook is their local IGA. Perkins Builders are proud to be working on this great project in our South West to complete a small extension to the IGA store, a new Liquor store, new café, new connecting mall area and new public amenities. Externally the complete façade of the building will be rejuvenated, new carparks, new landscaped areas and addition of fire tanks and pumps.

All works will be completed whilst the store remains trading and therefore temporary tunnel access points will be established at the construction interface to ensure safe public access.
