The building includes high quality facilities and finishes in order to attract local parents and children to engage with the health care providers.
The facility includes 4 Offices for consultants, nurses and a Centre Manager, a child play zone, a computer zone, 2 meeting rooms divided by an operable wall, breakout / seating zone, large expanse of external raised decking, outdoor barbecue zone, a children’s fenced off play area and an 18 Bay car park.
This project was Winner of Commercial Alterations & Additions under $2m at the 2016 Master Builders Association South West Building Excellence Awards.
