This new single level commercial shopping precinct will have a 11,000m2 of carparking area. The main building is slab on ground, tilt panel and framed external walls, structural steel roof frame and metal deck roof. Retail within the building consists of Café, Carvery, Fresh Fruit & Veg, Meat, Dairy, Bakery and associated kitchens and coolrooms. Other facilities include bathrooms, staffrooms, loading docks and offices. Service decks and turrets are on suspended concrete slabs. There are various external covered structures including covered carpaking with solar panels, dog park structures and Cabana shelters.

Construction is scheduled to be completed in December 2024.
