Work Experience at Perkins: Tamsyn
At Perkins we believe it is our responsibility to inspire and build the next generation of our industry and what better way to do that than with hands-on, real-life experience.
Our Head Office team are delighted to be host Newton Moore student Tamsyn for work experience with our project team since the start of the school year.
Partnered with Project Manager Anna, Tamsyn has experienced first-hand the progression of projects from concept to construction. She’s been involved in every step of the process, learning about construction drawings, scopes of work and quote comparisons. She’s been able to sit in on meetings and join Anna out on site.
We hope we have inspired Tamsyn and can inspire other students to consider a career in the construction industry.
